Its first feature-length production, Newfoundland, is an 83-minute travel documentary that was distributed by Les Aventuriers Voyageurs during the 2015-2016 season in 45 theatres across Quebec, with the filmmakers giving talks at some screenings. Its second feature-length production, Norway—Land of Trolls, which has a 93-minute running time, is also a travel documentary. This film was screened by the same distributor in some 50 theatres across Quebec during the 2016-2017 season. It was also selected by FIKA(S)—Immersive Festival of Scandinavian and Nordic Kultur and Art. The team recently wrapped up its third feature, Scotland — Of Beauty and Legends, which appeared in cinemas as part of Les Aventuriers Voyageurs’ 2018-2019 season and will continue its run at select venues in 2019-2020. Bookings for travel-related speaking engagements for private events or public organizations may be made by contacting us.

Who are we?
Mélissa and David firmly believe that we are blessed to live in a time when it’s possible to experience all the best the world has to offer in terms of scenery, history and culture. Inspired by a love of making new discoveries, they are both seasoned backpackers who have journeyed around many different countries. Besides their shared passion for travel, they have similar backgrounds and interests, which eventually led to their paths crossing.
Having both studied film at university, they have directed a number of short features which have appeared at various festivals. They also have experience in the fields of communications, advertising, education, event planning, photography, video, multimedia and audiovisual production. Today, they run their own company that provides corporate and event photography (Mélissa) and video (David). Sweathearts, friends, roommates, colleagues, partners, co-directors and travel companions, they also launched an initiative to raise money for the Cancer Research Society by climbing a mountain in Norway together. They’re delighted to be able to share their travel stories with you and to invite you to their new classes!
